Excellent exposure to the digital and internet requirements of the industry

I would carry on where I had left off with projects that I would be busy with, call or email clients and ask for clarification where the specifications are not clear, then send proofs for approval. In most cases, before a new design is sent to a client, an opinion of a co-worker normally serves as a great guide of what the client might think of the design, so we have a great working relationship between all co-workers. This opportunity has allowed me to push my skills to an advance level and also to learn new skills, especially on the digital side of things, web hosting, web development and design, which has also played a crucial role in my maturing creativity. I enjoy designing challenging and exciting brands, designing for the internet, or signage that will be seen by people on a daily basis, also for the printing purposes, I just enjoy designing eye-catching artwork.

Pros: Great opportunity to uplift one's skill-set and exposure to the professional digital world
Cons: Sometimes, you'll find yourself working through to mid-night.

Great exposure to business activities at top level management

In my current company I have been exposed to all aspects of running a business, from finance management, reporting to relevant institutions, operations management, marketing, I.T, multimedia design and lots more. I have been basically working as a managing director of this start-up company.

Pros: Running a business and learning skills thereof
Cons: Work beyond working hours
