Challenging and dynamic.

Working for Scania is Challenging in a sense that you have to have interpersonal skills and good charisma to be a salesman and the right attitude as you dealing with different people on daily basis and dynamic in a sense that business demand keep changing as the economic change so you need to be proactive and initiative in your selling skills, knowledge and experience.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: Long hours and standby.

Below expectation

Not happy at all. Not development in my area of interest. No concern to facilitate real growth. Very rigid old ways of working. Not meaningful interaction between management and staff. Lackbof communication.

Great company

I really lived working for this company. We worked as a family,everyone was always willing g to assist eachother,as we all had one goal and that was to grow in the co.apny and in that way the company grows.

Cons: When retrenchments came people had to be sent off

Normal day

A typical work day will be traveling to various dealers around the country and export markets to audit all the standards of the company. I have good relationships with all Co workers and work well as a team to accomplish our goals to meet all requirements of the standards. I've learnt how to deal and interact with different personality styles. I enjoy meeting new people the most. The most challenging aspect of my work is to change people's mindset in trying to new things.

Pros: The company has a lot of benefits, opportunities to grow.
Cons: Only promoting friends and family
