Professional Synopsis
I am a Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) with the HPCSA. I hold 2 Honour’s degrees in Industrial/Organizational and Clinical Psychology respectively. I currently hold the position of Human Resource/Registered Psychometrist/Skills Development Facilitator with Scania South Africa, a world leader in the automotive industry. I am a hardworking and reliable individual who grasps new concepts with ease, I have an extensive HR/Recruitment and Psychometry background and adapt to new environments comfortably. My project administration skills are exceptional and I am a highly organized individual. I enjoy working with people of all ages and from different walks of life. I possess excellent communication skills and I am a dedicated worker who puts every effort into succeeding at any given task. I am looking for an opportunity to expand my skills and explore the various other areas of interest. I know I would make a valuable contribution to your organisation.

Excellent change
Its the best company for growing indivitually.to extend your knowledge and experience. You will outgrow yourself in a very mannerly way.best company. It learns you how to interprete problems,solving and analysing them in a very prescribed way.electrically and mechanically wise enough to work on it .

I am a logical thinker,problem solver especially in my career,i am a hard worker and likes new challenges.I am a team player on a work place,i am a humble person,non smoker,non alchol drinker,i am physically fit

Work experience
In a day i have serviced 4 trucks (large services) each service hours are 18hrs.. The working environment is fast paced and all about production. I have learnt quite alot about heavy duty/long haul vehicles and i really enjoy how challenging it becomes. However i am not happy with the treatment of apprentices and learners from management at my work place, we are divided and not treated the same and not paid the same but we do the same job. The most challenging thing about my work is when you're supposed to be on standby/field service, the hours a straineous and you travel to far places alone, so one becomes exhausted to the core because of the driving and job.
