My review

Working for Scan RF Projects is good but the salary is the only issue. It gets busy during the day with projects and day to day tasks. The relationship with colleagues is excellent, I have, however, learned a lot since I came to the company. The most challenging thing about it, is dealing with different clients almost everyday.

Pros: Hard work
Cons: Long working hours, sometimes

Do not send an email when angry.

This entail buying goods and deliver goods in time to reach the goal. I need to work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all is on track. We do monthly stock take. Need to ensure minimum stock levels is met. Challenges lies within goods that is stopped at Customs and it is not easy to release. Sometimes the team do not understand the issue it is to release these items. Luckily my co-workers keep me going and lift me up like I do with them. Of cause there is a lot of pressures, but it is how you handle it that build your character.

Pros: Pension fund
Cons: Traveling to Midrand is now getting to me. 1.5 - 2 Hours in the morning and evenings

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the Company mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and company planning

Pros: Good Salary, travel a lot. Vast expossure to different products and solutions
Cons: Stagnating.
