It's a 12hours shift very close and discussing new way for the company experience of working unsupervised I enjoy working with my co-worker helping each all the time learning new ways everyday

Pros: They provide good and safe working conditions but we always wishing to have better salaries
Cons: Working 12hours a day unsupervised no problem occurs during work
