Good company to work for.

It is a good company to work for, however there's limited room for growth as it is a family owned business and all senior positions are held by the family members.

Excellent learning

My typical working day - I work mostly to the best of my ability and try to do as much of my work as possible to avoid back-lock I have a very good relationship with my co-workers I have learnt that time is very important I enjoy doing my job; everything about it. Most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with difficult customers but I always make sure that I communicate well with them and try to build a professional relationship with them.

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Maybe the salary package is a bit small
