Collecting on behalf of a gym company - excellent experience
8 to 5 Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays in which is 8 to 1 sometimes its 3. Good working office with friendly and energetic people. As I was collecting for a gym company I have learnt that most people do not make time to ask questions with regards to the contracts that they sign and they do not even read them. Respect play a crucial part within the work environment as we spend almost 92% of our time.
Pros: Race play a big role
Cons: Long working hours with 1 hour lunch.

My job experiences at my past work places has been the most incredible ever!! I've learnt so much, learnt things I never knew before. My current job position is about having a relationship with your debtor and also to learn and to trust them. What I've learnt in life is working with people is one of the most important things, that's how you create and understand people's back rounds and also knowing what people goes through, A typical work day at my workplace is making the best of what I have,collecting the most money on my team. It's very important to create a relationship with your Co.workers, that's how team work is built and the only way how trust is built aswel, I've learnt that you should take each and every day how it comes don't beat yourself up because of a bad day. The most important thing I enjoy is the challenges I face each and everyday.even though working there you learn each and every day and this job is the best learning curve for me

Great for getting expirience
a stepping stone to greater pastures. its great if you want to get expirience and then you move on to somethhing better. lot of work but there is less money

Hard worker fast learner don't crack under pressure problem solver
Great company to work for have a space to grow and opportunities are there and have a good relationship with staff and management also fun to work for but salary wise it's too little

Go getter, always accomplish the mission that was given to me within stimulated time.
My previous company is a company whereby you can showcase your skills, the company that is United and supportive, having co-workers who are always there when you need them the most, friendly and having same goal in life, by so working there I've learned to overcome my weaknesses. Being optimistic person and also to be a go-getter person, what I enjoyed the most is to work having a target to reach, and also being in a team that showcases there skills, and competing among ourselves, the most challenging thing I've realized is to work under pressure without having a target.
