Daily operations for me includes the following: Investigations are a big part of my daily activity especially if deficiencies that are experienced due to unforeseen circumstance and determining corrective actions and controls that may be required to be included in specific controls. Analysis and follow ups on CAR (Corrective Action Request) logged by individuals internally and externally (mainly from customer complaints) provide assurance whether corrective actions are adequate depending on the provided root causes. Monitor trends that may develop from CAR's logged and what measures can be put in place to mitigate identified risks. Provide monthly and bi- weekly reports to HOD's to provide them with a standard breakdown on how compliant is their quality management system and how identifying gaps for improvements. monitor and advise on changes that may be required on specific internal company processes.
Pros: Being in this field opens doors for a new challenge on a daily basis.
Cons: longs hours that have to be put in but since I enjoy what I do, little scarifies of time is not a problem.

Filiing Clerk for 5ys now Export bond Clerk
1-Previos Working as filling Clerk Retrieving file for Sea freight,Air freight,Road freight Delivering files in time collecting files from controlles updating files on system so that it must easy to find the document should there be any queries or requested fo document from customs. keeping my record safe and make sure everything is in order. Currently-Exbond clerk Capturing shipments on CRS Checking consignment list to make sure i have been received follow up with client if not received Preparing and filling of SADC Cetificates fillow up with controlles and customs after processing on compu-clearing. follow up with driver once released by customs All the relevant screens must be filled in on CRS system.
Pros: Make sure that i pride myself with my work and that will give a opportunity to grow and improve in my career.
Cons: I will easily be able to engage and interate with my clients and collegues in a better level of understandding.

-My day to day work is very challenging and pressurized on a daily basis - My relationship with co-workers is excellent if there are minor issues we always resolve it, Team work is one of our core values at my current work place. - I have learnt that you need to treat you colleagues as family, you get your ups and down but you need to work through it and always have each others backs. I've learnt integrity, self confidence and that you point of view is valued. Team work is essential. I've also learnt that hard work pays off even though its seldom recognized. - i enjoy the challenge of being able to cope with whatever is thrown my way. - attention to detail and the pressurized environment in delivering excellence.
Pros: ive been in administration for many years so better prospects would be keen at this stage

Kindly accept my application for the vacant position: CUSTOMER SERVICE / OFFICE SUPPORT as advertised. I firmly believe I have the necessary attributes, competence and interest to be eligible for an appointment as a CUSTOMER SERVICE / OFFICE SUPPORT at the bottom level. I am also certain that my appointment will enhance my interest in Communication with client’s dispute resolution processes and assist me to also be a champion in customer services in future. I have gained valuable ‘know-how’ with development companies when I was an Administrator and Receptionist at SDB, where most of my clients were from this sector. With my future career steps, I would like to connect Communication and CUSTOMER SERVICE / OFFICE SUPPORT areas. The advertised position appears to be a very good opportunity for me.

Previous i was working as Filling-Currently i,m working as export bond clerk.
Previous I working as filling clerk, my duties was retrieving, sorting capturing all the information of the company. Maintaining an arranged filing room, assist in training of other clerical staff in scanning key document. Scanning and indexing activities. Currently-I am doing Bond CRS Processing, batching documents, doing Spread sheet (excel invoices) updating and send for filling.
Pros: Make sure that i pride myself with my work and that will give a opportunity to grow and improve in my career

Good Company to work for!
Savio Del Bene was an excellent company to work at. A typical day would be handing exports and getting the shipment out as soon as humanly possible I have learn that one should keep it very strict and professional at the workplace, especially with those indivduals who come to work to play politics. They could take something you said and turn it totally against you I have learnt that one should keep business strictly business when dealing with fellow co workers What i enjoyed most was when doing my costing and see what excellent profit was made due to my negiotation experience The most challenging i would say was picking up a export in the morning and getting the shipment on a plane out of johannesburg the same day!
Pros: There was never an oppurtunity because of the manager feeling threatned by sme staff top performance!
Cons: There was no need due to low volumes .

Cons: Large companies (unless yours is like Google, Facebook or Apple) are often risk-averse and rarely deviate from what they deem to be ‘best practice’, making it difficult to try out new ideas. You will realize soon enough that you are not indispensable: there’s always someone else that can be brought in to do your job. Usually, it’s the company way or the highway. Open-plan offices are usually the norm in large companies and are like ’Marmite’ to most people: you either like them or loathe them

I love working in brokerage as I am constantly learning.
Savino is a family based business which is so fantastic to see because family is very important to me. I have loved my time there but I would love to grow my knowledge more in the industry and I feel I cannot grow any more

Excellent Customs & Excise relationship
I work for an awesome company, and I’ve got the greatest respect for my Seniors, especially my Managing Director. I’ve been with them 15 years, but feel I’m not growing within the organisation

Being part of the Savino team was a learning curve in so many ways they believe in you
OVERALL SAVINO DEL BENE IS A GOOD COMPANY HOWEVER IN MY LINE OF DUTY HERE IS NO GROWTH I HAVE GAINED SO MUCH INSIGHT ON MY DAILY DUTIES AND ALSO CURRENTLY STUDYING FREIGHT HANDLING WHICH WILL BE A HUGE PERK IN THE FUTURE
Pros: The job is flexible, the employees at Savino is like a family.
Cons: at times its very strenuous but i go through the motion.
