Good learning environment

Exposure to different high profile stakeholders Working at Save the children taught me the importance of team work, that everyone is a leader in our areas of work. It re-emphasized my partriotism. It taught me to value human rights. Good public speaking. To be a strategist. The most challenging part is business development. SCSA is an advocacy organization, we challenge everyone regarding the realization of children’s rights. Investors and donors want to give their moneys to things that can be counted but not everything that can be counted matters. We invest in our future ssserts, the children.

Pros: Healthy work life balance
Cons: Poor structure or weak support system
