Savannah Fine Chemicals Reviews

Great learning curve and experience

A typical day at work involves taking telephonic orders as well as via email, solving customer queries, requesting samples and quoting customers. It is a great environment, extra friendly colleagues who are always willing to help. My relationship with my co-workers is excellent. I have learnt about the type of products that go into making the final products that we use everyday, eg bath foams, lotions, even energy drinks. I have learnt that you never really work as an island, everyone is there to help and you are also there to help others. You can never know everything, everyday is an opportunity to learn something new. The fact that there is always something new to learn and discover. I like knowing what exactly makes the finished products we use in our everyday lives. The most difficult part of the job is dealing with unsatisfied and angry customers.

Pros: Never the same people you deal with everyday
Cons: The work can get tedious

There too much work in such that sometime you don't get time to go for lunch but there is

the only challenging aspect the current job is the workload is too much, you must be fast, able to multitask and make sure you check every step of what you are doing.

Pros: no growth
Cons: no overtime
