see at as a learning curve of working as a team and how to listen and react in different situations. learnt how to deal with temperamental co workers.

Good communication skills and customer service

Working 6days a week. Managing 6 staff members. Stock control and cashup daily. We have certain days where the company get really busy and has alot of pressure, I will have to do over time. I do. Y own duty roaster and cleaning roaster. I report to the owner on a weekly basis with printed out reports. I say o would well worth everyone seing that I manage and handle most conflicts In our working area. I enjoy each day day spent at work with people that know how to upsell and push sales. Convincing a person to see things ur way. I love training staff and it motivates me as they grow and perform well, I'm able to smile and say that's my baby..

Pros: Growing and gaining experience
Cons: Slow business day, not reaching target easily

Excellent learning

I've learn lot of things like,Receiving of Stock,Doing GRVS, Cash up n Supervising Stuff...The team that I work with is so respectfull,We are a teamwork,The most challenging things was to Supervise people who are at the same Age like u,The hardest day are Holidays

Cons: was gud cause my hours increase
