BIG learning curve

A typical work day consists of deadlines and planning, chasing suppliers. My co- workers are amazing people, each one with amazing fire fighting skills. I have learnt to always follow up in writing, make sure your bulletproof. I love working with the people there and being able to support each individual as they need to be supported. The most challenging aspect of the job is the temperament of top management, I find them very unapproachable and unforgiving.

A great learning curve

I, then, joined Sauce Advertising, where the impression I had of the position was that I will be working as a Digital Marketing Account Manager for the brand. However, I found that I will just be working as a Social Media Manager for the brand. In as much as the role is an absolute eye opener and I am grateful for the exposure in the market. The position I'm looking for is more of the role offered by Smoke CI, where I will be responsible for managing the brand's marketing objective.

Pros: Great environment and supports manager
Cons: Lack of position structure
