Excellent learning curve regarding Specialised Contract cleaning

Getting to the office, we confirm regarding days scheduled jobs, any changes to be made and to get all staff situated at necessary or required sites. Invoicing to be correctly done and emailed as well as hand delivered. Queries and orders and bookings dealt with via email or telephone. Rescheduling of Special / once off jobs - due to weather

Interesting Learning Curve

Getting to the office we make sure of the day's duties, jobs and locations - getting staff situated at necessary sites and rescheduling should the weather not be to the advantage of lounge / carpet cleaning. Invoices to be issued, emailed and hand delivered - some requiring time sheets - gets copies of these as well as delivery notes for additional stock/consumables. Responding to queries, orders & bookings via email and telephone. Debtors - following up on outstanding accounts Creditors - loading of invoices from suppliers.

Pros: interesting learning opportunity
Cons: No opportunity for growth
