Excellent learning environment

Being in the insurance industry has taught me a lot of aspects which include negotiation skills, resolving conflicts and as well as the ability to close deals. But most importantly it taught me to be a better gentleman with a clear vision and a clear understanding of my career. However there were some challenges that i came across as a business consultant. Bringing in new business or should i say writing new business each and every month was a challenge but however i had to improve my leads so as to make it possible.

Very good working at this company

Good working with my colleagues. We work normal hours a day which is good I like my managers Working together is the best key to any company Self-control is very important

I am a commercial claims administrator and handle claims from beginning to finalisation

My day starts and ends by handling claims and attending to claims queries. I work well in a team and as an individual. I have learnt the relevant skills in the insurance industry that allows me to handle claims in a timelisome manner. I enjoy assisting my clients in any way possible. The most challengin part of the job is getting everything done in time.
