A hard worker who gives attention to details. I am good in computation and I am a team player. I enjoy writing reports of the work done and presenting to my department.

Great company culture

The current organization allows people to grow internally, it gives its employees opportunities to grow and only gives employees who have a potential such opportunities. The company culture is great but due to the size of the organization, you can only grow up to a certain point and beyond that, you have to look for opportunities outside.

Pros: Growth opportunities
Cons: Flat structure
