Learning curve

I work a 12 hour work & I work shifts. I have very good relationship with my colleagues, but unfortunately my contract will end at the end of June due to the fact that there are no permanent vacancies available in that plant. I have learned to work with a team & to work with others. What I enjoyed the most was learning the practical work of a Process Controller which is interesting. The most challenging aspect of the job is that it's a male dominated field & as a female you are actually in a man's world.

Pros: Growth is possible
Cons: Long hours
