Pros: Great in training development
Cons: Program is too long and you don't be employed after, you have to apply if there's a position

Good stepping stone

Good company to acquire experience. -Work 8.5 a day - Inclusion and diversity comes to a point that builds relationship with co-workers - I learnt to get what I want, good coordinator. - Safety comes first in everything that you do. - Challenges that you will encounter is when you sit in the office and not go to site to check the work progress.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Normal work hours
