As an Internal Principle SHE Practitioner it is my responsibility to help Sasol as a Global company to believe that zero harm is possible. This is done by implementing a comprehensive SHE strategy to enhance safety throughout the organizations to reduce occupational injuries, improve ownership and accountability and develop a strong safety culture by developing individuals at various levels within the organization. During my degree I successfully combined my studies with work and other commitments showing myself to be self-motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team. In short, I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and eager to learn and have a genuine interest in saving lives.

Personal attributes

I am a hard worker, loyal and trustworthy. I am self-driven and believe that anything is possible with a little practice and motivation and self-discipline. I believe that a schedule is important so that deadlines are met, I value punctuality and neatness. I am adaptable, confident and determined. On the work front all colleagues to be treated respect, and believe that respect is earned. I want to give the company what I have learnt through the years. Leaning never stopped. I am always positive and won’t let anything get me down, no matter what challenges I face I will always stand up stronger on the other side. I would be honoured to be able to work under highly regarded professionals, like the professionals at your company. Your company comes highly regarded, and I know I will be add value if I work with competent people such as yourself.
