Good multitasking in different departments.

I have learned to work under pressure, dealing with customer queries and working under different departments. I am dedicated to my duties and deliver on time. I am good at dealing with customer queries, i have learned to calm a customer and listen to the complaint first then speak. All duties in the back office at sasol mountedgecombe are completed on time and handed over. The most challenging aspect in this business is making sure stock is available at all times. I enjoy working around the staff at sasol mountedgecombe, i believe team work is key and good communication. A typical day at work is mostly dealing with different customers the whole day, making sure customers are happy. I have learned to control myself, work under pressure with no excuses , mood or anger issue.

Pros: Better incentives and opportunity to work with more people.
Cons: Long hours and less offs.

Good multitasking in different departments.

I am dedicated to my duties and deliver on time. I am good at dealing with customers and listen to the complaint first then speak. All duties in back office at the service station are completed on time and handed over. I multi task in four departments eg car wash , take away , forecourt and shop. The most challenging aspect in my job is making sure stock is available at all time and staff is all in order with work. I enjoy working around staff , around new faces all the time .

Pros: Better incentives and opportunity to work with more people.
Cons: Long hours and less offs.
