My biggest pride is, how I have developed the team working for me.
I’m a dedicated hard worker, I have a very strong passion for what I do. I believe that you are only as strong as your weakest link in your team, so developing my people is a big drive for me. I enjoy a good challenge and believe that nothing is impossible, with detailed planning and hard work. I’m an individual that thinks outside the box, and to be creative when facing a challenge.
Pros: Very Stable company with a very log life of mine.
Cons: I have reached my ceiling is this company, and feel that I can still grow.

I love working at Sasol mining but i need more growth in my caree
I have a schedule to follow on daily basic like doing maintenance on different machines motors, gearbox, conveyor belts, coupling, v-belts etc but at time its not possible due to breakdowns. I work with a team I also work alone if its safe to do so. I like working in a team I gain more experience hence I like working alone I learn my weakness my strong points. I love challenges they make you grow individually or as a team. The most challenging aspects in my job is the working conditions for example to have a breakdown in an unsafe condition or location then it takes longer for the breakdown to be fixed, the weather plays a huge role in the plant. Working in a team you must learn each others characters, weak and strong points then your working relationship will be good or handled in a honourably manner.

Cons: New environment. Diffent culture and Standard operating proceeders (SOP`s)

I am currently excecuting my tasks underground and on surface, I want to work on surface .
I am currently working at Sasol Brandspruit Mine In Secunda I train learners to become competent Artisans, I do coaching and Training on Artisans and foreman on a daily basis. I train Millwrights. I do safety training for the whole mine. We work Underground but I do all my admin work on surface. I am a mentor to most of my learners and artisans, I am learning a lot from my learners and the most important thing that I learned is you never stop learning. I enjoy facilitating, presenting, organising and teaching. I am challenged almost daily, my company is a coal production company and they always want their people on SITE they sometimes take them out of the learning venue so that they can go and help out UG.
Pros: I will be changing my working environment
Cons: handling a large capacity alone.

Gain more experience and growth
I`ve gone through a 4 years Millwright learner ship and qualified. I`ve worked with a team gained more experience pass on my knowledge as well. I also have my responsibilities where I work as an individual handling breakdowns I know my strong and weak points. I`ve worked at Sasol coal supply plant for 5 years working with conveyer belts, power packs, screens, pumps, bearings, safeties electrical and mechanical. I`ve worked at planning department were I work on SAP, excel, power point, scheduling maintenance, creation of PR job cards. I know how to prioritised break downs I also have sense of emergency. I have 9 years of total work experience at Sasol Mining. I have matric wit Maths Science, N5 I electrical and mechanical engineering at Tshwane South College.

Hard working , passionate , willing , and able to work in a team and as a team leader .
Monday stationary day for all the section shift bosses ,miners and miner overseer , while also preparing the mine managers week on the calendar and preparing her for the day , sorting out her diary and meeting , making sure she gets to her of all her meeting in time and And at the right place . book meetings , order stationary and everything that will be needed in the office for the month of December plan a year end function booking underground visits writing appointment letters for all the appointed employees i have a very open communication with all my co- workers and i have a friendly approach to my co-workers i enjoy helping around and being around people working like am crazy having to deal with very difficult employees who don't want to understand.

Looking for new challenges
acting as a foreman for a department of 20 employees,maintaining machinery according to standard, removing and replace faulty machine parts and performing fault finding identify and fix breakdowns on machines and ensuring good housekeeping not to forget safe working environment for my fellow colleagues
Pros: it was very challenging at times wher e by we have to work non stop but through pro active maintenance and quality work that was minimised
Cons: 23 conservative hours on major breakdowns
