We would work Shifts (Mon-Frk) to accumulate a certain production. It demanded hard work and dedication plus had to use ur mind to work around certain things. It was a great experience

Pros: Great oppotunities for one to develop
Cons: Walking long distances to reach different plants as they are far apart from each other because of the type of product being manufactured
