Hard work in our business
Its a herdworking environment with lots of challenges, but we as a team do not let anyone or anything stand in our way to get a job done in a orderly fashion. In the morning i do all the computer work for received stock and checked out stock then i also do the orders for the next day. i do all cashups as money comes in and also do management of all staff members. I also inspect all vehicles after each day and do all maintenance as needed. I also do all the wage and hour checks and also do all salaries. I also do marketing to find new clients to help grow the business.
Pros: great working environment
Cons: cant go any higher up the ladder to grow or to become better, and eratic working hours

Learning curve
I need some chance to grow and there was no growth as much sad I learned a lot about sales and meeting new clients on a daily which was a an enjoyable challenge. Thank you for the opportunity. Kind regards.

I manage my staff accordingly making sure that they perform their duties as required
I am tactful,energetic,friendly,easy to with and professional.I pay attention to details,I have learnt much more specifically management skills,I enjoy to make customers sastifed by making sure that they get orders on time

Excellent
I worked hard everyday, worked very well with the stuff member and got along very well, i've learnt that team work is more important at a company, i every single moment with my colleagues, the only challenging moments are when i have to deliever at a new route that i never went to before.

Excellent opportunity to learn
It is a brand new experience for me to work in a bakery because usually I work outdoors to. I'm used to work with tools and not with dough. But I appreciate the opportunity afforded to me.
