Comfortable working areas and ease to observed
Very informative, good relationship with my co-workers and I have learned more thing like being professionally expressing myself.I enjoyed giving advices to each other with my care taker before working hours. The most challenging aspect was when my contract is been terminated.
Pros: Great opportunity to be a professional worker
Cons: All night long working hours

Excellent learning curve
It's a great place to work at because we make a difference in people's lives in every call we receive, it's an emergency contact centre so you get the adrenaline rush all the time, we have a great working relationship between junior members, inter mediate and management staff, and we maintain it by having team building events often. We have refresher courses every quarter so we always alert.
Pros: We are many so promotions come by slowly
Cons: It's far from where I stay
