Personal i had a good chance of lerning my job thrugh out the years. Because of the different types of equipment used and the different people i am working with.

Excellent learning curve

it is a good working environment. people are professional and work well together. what i have learnt is keep it professional at all times, don't be involved in personal vendettas . I enjoyed communicating with different people from different backgrounds.

Lot of experience on the field

I am happy with the environment and exposure i get. There is a lot of stuff to learn and a lot of people to teach me things i don't know. What i am not happy about is that we all get the same pay for different jobs and work load in the engineering department.

Great learning curve, many opportunities for growth

There are great growth opportunities of you are noticed by your superiors. Company also offers bursaries which is excellent for professional growth. There's too much racism and politics, promotions aren't earned fairly but given to people that aren't qualified and those that have won the superiors favor. Working environment is not well planned especially for women.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Long hours and small pay.
