Excellent Learning Curve
- My typical work day: Answering Phones and taking down messages, Assist Management with Admin as and when they need my assistance, I receive random task from Courier and postage to assisting my co workers with anything when they are running behind schedule. My relationship with co-workers: I'm the face of the company, I get along with everyone, I have to because I work with each nd every one of them. - What you have learnt: I have learned never to have an alliance in a company, be open to your bosses and avoid office politics because they exist every where you go. - What you enjoy most: My Direct Manager spoils me every chance she gets and that keep me motivated. - The most challenging aspects of the job: Not being able to say " No" to my superiors and when saying "No" saying it in a way that I do not feel guilty for saying it, putting me under pressure to complete task without making my managers feeling as if they are not prioritized by me.
Pros: Great enviroment, being allowed to supervise yourself without being constently monitored.
Cons: No oppotunity for growth as it is a small company and is not expanding as rapidly as it should to give employees oppotunities to grow within the company, Finding employees in one position for long periods of time.

EXCELLENT LEARNING PROJECTS, NICE CORPORATE ENVIROMENT
COMPARE TO THE OTHER COMPANIES I WORKED AT THIS IS A BREEZE. I DO NOT WORK UNDER PRESSURE OR STRESS. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS I AM WORKING FOR 18 MONTHS ON CONTRACT AND NEED A PERMANENT POSITION. LIKE ANY COMPANY THERE IS YOUR BAD DAYS AND PEOPLE THAT RUB YOU THE WRONG WAY, BUT NOT OFTEN. I HAVE LEARNT A LOT ABOUT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, EVENT PLANNING AND PUBLICATIONS. I ENJOY JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. THERE IS NOT A LOT OF CHALLENGES JUST THE NORMAL PAYMENT PROBLEMS.

Excellent learning curve
It’s a great company to work for however growth opportunities are not there. Management victimize stuff members We lose an avarage of 1 employee a year due to unfair treatment We lose all CCMA cases due to the company lacking to follow correct procedures All salaries are CTC with no benefits Nothing Is done to develop stuff accordingly

I would like to apply for the Creditors Clerk position. I am an experienced, versatile and well like person. I am a hard worker and tenacious when it comes to solving problems. I love working on my own as well as a team. The last two years I have been working on contracts and loves the experience. hi As in any company you get your busy days and your not so busy, well at SAPOA ( SA PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOC) its the same. I have work in different enviroment over the years and all have one thing in common. you have to love what you doing and do it well.

Excellent learning Curve
Its a company with no benefits Nassisist Management Employees are supressed Lots of uncontrolled corridoor gossip with management. Incompetent CEO and Management Unproffessional employees who spend time gossiping and on all social medias the whole day. High rate of CCMA cases Tender fraud
Pros: Free food after management meetings

EXCELLENT LEARNING PROJECTS, WORKSHOPS,
I hereby apply for the Creditors Clerk position. I started as a Creditors Clerk about 15 years ago, and have always held up to that high standard of quality. I have extensive experience in Creditors and is able to work as a team and on my own. I hope I will get the chance to proof the I can be an asset to your company I am a flexible, confident and determined individual that is always willing to expand my horizons.
