Working as a Customer Services Consultant for me has been an excellent learning opportunity.

Working with customers can be very difficult at times especially if one has to deal with,not necessarily difficult but frustrated clients but my motto is (Keep calm,be honest,assure and deliver). What i enjoy most about my job is having a satisfied client at the end of the day. I have a very good relationship with all of my co-workers,supervisor and Managers,even though as human being we will not always agree on the same issues but we always find a way to solve them,work together and do our best in what we do.

Pros: There's always an opportunity to make friends, both professional and personal and pick-up valuable lessons.
Cons: frustrated people who swear at me often mess up my dq

Currently Unemployed

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I had been an employee for the SA Post Office for a period of 20 years. During that time my main function was in the Call Centre for the courier section. Although I was employed at the Call centre section, I was afforded the opportunity to be placed in different positions within the Courier Section. I have a background in Administrative work, Reception duties, Sales, Data Capturing, Supervisory and was in the Claims Department (Verbal & Written Communication) for an extended period. I left SAPO in September 2016, as I felt that I needed a different challenge. Although I may not have some of the requested competencies, I feel that I can definitely be an asset in this role. Learning and team work

I started working at post office on 3013, I was working as a mail processor. On that time I was schooling at central Johannesburg college doing electrical engineering nated course. I got an opportunity to work as a technical assistance whereby we were maintaining the IRV1, 2, 3, Toshiba and FSM machines. I learned a lot there and it was challenging and I liked it because it was what I did at school. I was learning something new everyday from the technicians. In the meantime I m working as a teller at Rivonia post office. As a teller is challenging also because we are dealing with different types of people with different behaviours

Extensive Analytical experience

I have an extensive analytical experience I pay attendion to details Team player and always loved and prefered by those i work with. I have great interpersonal skills I am very good at giving presentation, Good at investigating problems ,give good recommendations , implement and monitor projects until they are fully completed. Fast learner Have auditing skills and knowledge of its principles I can defend my findings by ensuring that i give evidence on all the findings. Enjoy analizing and giving presentation Working for a big company where its takes longer to realize changes due to long processes that needs to be followed i found it very challenging.
