Progressive learning and highly skilled mentors

I am learning quite a lot about the different aspects of software development such as which approach / methodology to use use for each project. e.g. BAU projects we will apply Agile approach whilst strategic projects mostly use Waterfall. I work with different colleagues from all over the world which makes it exciting to learn new things. The challenge is to be able to manage different emotional attributes from my colleagues and also try to ensure that we deliver to the client in time.

Opportunity to learn diversely

It is in overall a great company to work for. It has a multi cultural experienced company. The company's working environment is exclusive and the culture accommodates all employees which are valued as much as customers are and one is able to balance between work and personal life.

Pros: Easy for one to grow corporately
Cons: Less support
