Good learning opportunity

Typical day starts with me checking emails, normally seeing the CEO to discuss challenges, faced the previous day. we have meetings with the exec team which I am apart of and action / delegate tasks to be completed or actioned, call them individuals in to ask and discuss their matters or challeneges, more meetings and try and catch up with emails and then action my own list and send to relevant department so i deal with IT, Operations, Marketing, reception and to some degree assist the maintenence in my daily schedule, marketing meeting meetings are held first, then operations then IT as we only have 1 to manage the entire organisation. and that's fills my day with the occasional off-site inspections regards Celin

Working in facilities at an architectural firm pushes quality of work to an even greater level.

My job includes office management, operations management, building management, maintenance and repairs, as well as property management. It has definitely exposed me to all aspects within a company and that has allowed for growth and development and experience in all aspects. gement,

Excellent learning curve

Good working environment with resources to work with , good team mates easy to talk to enjoyed PC building as we would build PC 's for architects and test softwares as well as hardware after replacing it .I had a good relationship with my co-workers i have learnt a lot from them especially troubleshooting and hardware installations as well as Microsoft 365 configuration. I enjoyed team buildings ask happy hours at work as they brought us more closer and made us comfortable with each other ,it has its challenges sometimes as you would be tasked to build a laptop for someone who is going for a site inspection to another country as you need to make sure that everything is installed and working so that an Architect doesn't encounter problems abroad
