Good learning Curve and room for growth

There is lot of pressure, It is a friendly and demanding environment I have learnt that it is important to communicate effectively I enjoy working with different clients The mot challenging is trying to prove yourself and it will still not be good enough

Good learning curve and stepping stone

Working here is great. The people i work with work as a team and we help one another. I have worked in three different departments so i hqve gained a lot of knowledge about the industry. Each day comes with its new challenges, and on most days files come to me when they are extremely urgent and so I have learnt how to work under pressure. I love the fact that this company gives me the opportunity to learn other peoples' work which grows my knowledge

Good working environment

No no growrh pkus tere are ano major benefots at all. I neesed to approach tbe cjannel manager in ordr for me to be given responsinlity. No one took me seriously just because I was a learner

Usually the same function everyday not very challenging there is not much prospect of growth

Usually the same function everyday not very challenging there is not much prospect of growth. The relationship with my colleagues is good we help each other achieve our work functions, we have an amazing working atmosphere mainly because to the company culture and that they have good hearts. We are not competitive

Good working curve

The great company to work for especially when it comes to learning, the co workers are nice, and the hours are flexible. Everything I know about shipping is because of the company, I didnt know anything about shipping before I joined the company, but now I am proud to say that I now know the import procedures from the start right up to the end od it.
