Excellent learning place

Working with my coligeus has been a great experience,when I knock of at work I can't wait to be the following day.To be at work the atmosphere is so overwhelming because each day we start it by prayer at the office then the work its makes everything easy even if we come across challenges we there for each other,that's team work and the spirit we have.That's why whatever I do I make sure I excell and my manager is always happy about my work.

Internship programme

I,Mfanawokuthula Khumalo age of 34 I'm self decipline, a hard worker, family man. I can talk at least five official languages including English. I like to stay in a very clean area and always keep myself clean and smart. I always listen to elder people and I respect them. I'm a very carefull driver in the road because I attended driving skills classes that was condacted by KZN TCC.

Pros: love my job and available to work extra hours

Not really

A typical day at work, is always a normal day throughout the week. The relationship i have with my colleagues/co-workers is friendly and have team work by helping each other out. I have learnt a bit about the Industry, since i have worked here i have a different approach to our fellow drivers, treat them differently and started to understand them better. At times i do enjoy my work and i always make the most of the day at work and don't allow any person make my day bad. I do have challenges at work, i meet different kind of people, so i have to smile and be friendly at all time no matter how customers or client are towards you.

Pros: there is no growth in this company
Cons: I am working normal hours, and overtime hours if requested by the company

Internship programme as HR administrator

An exposure to working industry is just amazing even though its a small size of company but i have gain some working skills such as telephone skills and quotation skills,im already capable of using microsoft package so its an amazing experience to put my skills to use.

Pros: looking to becoming permanent employee
Cons: overtime

Will like to grow for bigger challenges and Opportunities

Am a nice lady who is willing to start immediately work for Wat ever company that will concider my Application I can work under a pleasure and am able to work under a team will like to have some job title changes in life

Pros: Will like to have dome great promotion challenges in life
Cons: 9 to 10hrs
