I gradutated 2015 as human resource management student
Thank you for the opportunity to apply for a human resource vacancy . At this time I am done with my national diploma in human resource management at the university of South Africa (unisa) .hence I am very interested in the human resource administration t implemented by Dominion placements . I personally believe that my education will give me an opportunity on your company human resource department. As I know these qualification will be appreciated by your organization, there for I believe you will perceive it as valuable asset to your team. Nevertheless this opportunity will provide me an opportunity to gain further experience and upgrade my skills and knowledge.

Learning
Sanlamsky has taught me to work under pressure especially towards cutoff when we have to capture 200 applications in a day. Me and the other guy. Typical day I do all the reports and including recruitment for New staff members. Relationship with my co-workers was great and I decided to resign because I wanted to grow in my career however it was the best 8years of my life with Sanlamsky. I enjoyed doing recruitment which was challenging for others but for me was a piece of pie however I learned team work is very important to achieve goals also I learned to work under pressure.
Pros: I learned to work with people and learn different characters also New staff that we learn excited me.
Cons: We would work late but it became a norm because every month we captured business that was submitted late. Also the company paid us for long working hours. So we were also benefiting from working overtime

How my work is
Target is 55 per hour. the relationship with the co-workers is great and we get along just fine and we have team work. I have learnt so much, things like how to be efficient. I enjoy helping out with the clients requests and processing them faster with accuracy. At the moment there is nothing challenging with what i do and i'm hoping to find something that will be challenging for me because i can handle pressure and mostly i work well under pressure.

Excellent
I am willing to work with you guys and be your good employee and show how determined I am nd show how skillful I am. I have 1year working as administrator at Sanlamsky and have a good skill in computer. Your consideration won't be regretted if you take me to be one of your employee. We worked so well together and we had a good relationship with co-workers, I have learned lot of things capturing , scanning, sending emails, talking minutes, dealing with financial advisors, customer care, audits, loading new employees application on system until they get approved, I enjoyed capturing a lot. Most challenging aspects was loading new employees application on system Thank you

Work ethics and diligence
As a sales representative I have developed strong work ethics with my colleagues and the clients. I am good at what I do, I don't accept failure to have power over me. Where I encounter difficulties I immediately consult .
Pros: It was my first employment and I stood a chance to grow in the field
Cons: Being on a call with clients for long hours, capturing their details

Learnership
I had a great experience at Sanlam we were even given an opportunity to obtain a Long Term Insurance Qualification so that we my be employable to other insurance companies, very nice work space with managers who are willing to train you and make you equipped for the job.

Excellent learning curve
Sanlam has a very healthy working environment Co-workers are friendly to one another I did not only learn about facility I have also learnt in different areas of the insurance field such as the scanning environment Working hand in hand with different personalities turned out to be one of the challenging aspect but being able adapt to each and every one in a short space of time turned out to be one of my amazing superpowers

Excellent working environment
I work in a very warm and energetic environment. Everyone is setting his or her own target, even though we do have our weekly and monthly targets. Working as a team is what I have learnt most, together will customer service. I enjoy seeing the face of my client after helping him or her realize their goals. The challenging aspects of this job is when our clients lose their covers because they did not come to talk to us about their financial problems.
Pros: I see myself leading one of the strongest sales teams in the city one day
Cons: I would work long hours in order to reach my target sometimes.

Excellent Learning Environment
Working for Sanlam is like being home away from home where knowledge of work is shared among everyone who's willing to learn and also learning different behaviour of different People on how they handle challenges on a day to day basis,
