223 2August 02178 March 2013 To who'm iit may concern Re: Application for AdminDC Clerk all Centre Supervisor Position I was previously employed at Sanlamam currently working at the Life Style Direct Group as a general enquiries agent Head Office as a Client Care Representative: Intermediate. . As an Intermediate maintenance consultant general enquiries agent I was am required to perform a diverse number of tasks ranging from providing up to datetraining new agents, capturing data, sending out notifications, providing, retrieving, and submitting relevant documents pertaining to my current job description and attend to queries.

Pros: I was promoted to intermediate skill level in February 2017
Cons: Was always willing and available to work overtime

Slow growth

No growth opportunities. Mail center drives people like slaves to meet their daily targets. It's not a healthy environment. Too much pressure. Little opportunities for growth and up skilling.

Pros: Alot of different divisions

I do capturing, I answer incoming calls, I call Medical schemes to follow up on Clients applications

my current duties: I load incoming leads on the system for our consultants, I answer incoming calls and take messages, I call our Medical schemes to make follow up on clients applications I,m a people's person i like working with people and individually as well...I've learnt so many important things hear like how to speak with client, how to treat them and how to behave in a work place, i enjoy working with different people here because I learn so many different things, I also like working under pressure that's the challenge I get here which is the good thing for me.

Pros: great thing is that they place me in different departments so that i can learn more.
Cons: 7.5 working hours to 8hours

Great in New inventions

Proud to say I was part and parcel of New initiatives that took the company to New heights. Great relationships with co-workers , advisors in my portfolio, and had respect of Seniors and expo.

Great skills development

I enjoy the exposure i get in my role.As a Financial Advisor you grow on so many different areas.I report to my Development Manager but make my own decisions of what happens in my practice.I enjoy working with various clients and assisting them with important decisions and solutions.At Sanlam we go on various training courses and your skills get developed in the process,as the aim is for one to be able to run a seccessful practice.I enjoy working on my own,with my own admin support.The rest of the support structure is provided by Management.

Cons: No basic salary,only commission

Excellent learning curve

Started as an intern in the HR Department (Training & Development). Initially it was a big adjustment however after 2 months the job became monotonous. There was a lack of growth and work to do - leading to lack of motivation and energy. There wasn't any exposure to other HR environments and skills learnt were limited. Learnt the basics of office admin, learnership/training administration of programmes. The environment as a whole was supportive and had a good relationship with co-workers and management, however lacked diversity in terms of age and cultural aspects.

Accuraye,works well under preassure? Punctual

Hi, im looking for a job. I passed my Matric/Grade 12 in 2012. I obtaiñed a National Higher Certificate in Financial Information Systems in 2015. I obtained a National Diploma and Barchelors Degree in Financial Information System in 2016 and 2017,respectively I consider myself as being the best candidate for the job aa i pay attention to detail, works well under preassure. I am accurate and i meet deadlines. Thank you Nwabisa Hulana

Excellent work environment

The employees here are amazing, they are always willing to help each other. There is never too much drama that it becomes impossible to work. I enjoy the fact that i am left to do my own thing most of the time as long as i follow the methodology of the department is performing my work as well as doing my work according to the required standards and quality.

Pros: great team communication
Cons: few opportunities for promotions
