Learning everyday as the company is still growing

Busy day with alot of admin function. Filing, opening files, petti cash, e-mails. Ensure all documents sent to the various departments are complete and correct. Work well with all staff and understand that eaxh individual has differnt strengths. I have learnt to multi task and be patient. Enjoy people as there are many interesting cultures. Most challenging is to be patient as I like to be organised.

Pros: Learning is ongoing
Cons: Company still new and not much opportunity for growth.

Excellent learning curve

Very challenging especially the people you work with. Hard work and the salary is not in.line with what you do. Company still at its growth stages so the processes ate not fully in place which makes it difficult as their is no correct path to follow

Pros: Muslim company times to pray always given
Cons: No benefits

Very observed

I am a very understanding person and I'm friendly and also get along well with other people I am a team player . I enjoy the work I do and I do try to fulfill all my duties on time.

Pros: Very good person skills
Cons: Weekend working
