my typical day to day include inventory management tasks, procurement tasks and transportation tasks The relationship with the co-workers is very good , team player, its like my family member at work. I have learnt alot about warehouse from computer skills to supervising skills I enjoy doing my job with passion The most challenging thing about my job is long hours but with me being committed and loving my job makes it easy

I have more than 5 years in Office administration and Financial experience
I do office administration and financial roles within my department, make travel bookings, ordering stationery and PPE for them. I enjoy working with my colleagues as they make it easier for me to do my job and assist them with what they need.
Pros: I have gained experiential training through working in different department within this company.

Good in hydraulics and pneumatic
I'm a millwright artisan with red seal . I have five years experiences in engineering sector . It's nice working here but as a young man I think I need a new challenge in new industries like your company. I'll be grateful to be given an opportunity to become your team player

Was great being promoted
I enjoy solving problems and this is what I learnt a great deal with Sandvik. I love my job as I get to work with so many different people daily as Sandvik as such a big company. We face daily challenges that I accept gladly like late deliveries etc.

Improved skills
I am an outgoing, well-presented and active individual. I deal with individuals at a professional level. I am well spoken, I see myself as a hard worker and fast learner. I can deal with stress, deadlines and meeting targets. I am target driven, motivated and flexible in approach to change and deal with situations. I am a team player, but can also work unsupervised. I am computer literate and have excellent IT understanding. I have great communication skills and can prioritize and organize wide range of tasks and meetings. I have worked in the EHS department for more than 10 years in various fields, such as oil & gas, petrochemical, engineering, civil, construction and mining.

Excellent traing job
I enjoyed working there but lots of skandals. THERE IS A WORK CHALLENGING . I WAS WORKING AS A MECHANICAL FITTER ,BUT SOMETIME WORKINNG AS AN ELECTRICIAN. I WAS ENJOYING WORKING UNDERGROUND AND IN SERVICE. I AM A HARD WORKER AS THEY USED TO GIVE ME A JOB AS AN ACTING SUPERVISOR.

I have 36years of mining experience in Maintenance systems in the Mining Environment.
I am currently a 2.6.1 appointed Contracts Manager for Sandvik at Modikwa Mine, managing the Fleet Maintenance, breakdowns and component replacement of Sandvik U/G earth moving machines. My duties is to plan the maintenance, minimise breakdowns and maximise the availability of all the Machines safely and within legal requirements. I have to motivate and inspire the entire maintenance, admin and warehouse teams to work toward perfection and continues improvements through appraisal performance management, teambuilding and personal development programs. By exceeding the customers expectation and building excellent customers relationship, I have to succeed in keeping the Contract in place and conduct business in a sustainable and responsible manner in order to make my company no one. I have to invoice all labour, parts consumed, overtime worked and service exchange components promptly every month and report monthly on all KPI's achieved. I manage three shafts at Modikwa Mine.
Pros: I was very successful in my career and achieved many successes in the maintenance and availability of equipment through my Management stile.
Cons: I am very far from my Famaily and friends and my home is in Rustenburg.

My heart is pumping for action every day.
Im always involve in production meetings and giving my opinion to better the product or lessen the downtime on their part. Suggesting changes in planning on production and maintenance. Hands on approach on any problem resulting in down time. Always the 5 why's.....and solve the problem. Safety orientated at all times. Never look the other way. Spreadsheets on failures, downtime and uptime. I wake up to go to work in the morning! Most challenging is to make every one happy but also to make sure the product goes out the door as planned. ........you can not make everybody happy at the same time but you can sure as hell try youre best to what you need to do to get youre job done correctly sufficiantly and as fast as possible.

Gained experience
I have worked in both manufacturing as well as mining industry which makes it easy to adapt in any situation. I managed stores from doing quotation, stocktaking, stock replenishment, invoicing, issuing , picking and packing, binning and tidying up the stores.

Pros: There is always a fair chance for growth for everyone and reviews to identify areas that needs to be improved.
Cons: No one knocks off until the job is won...this normally lead to long working hours at times
