Excellent with learning new things

A typical work day starts at 8. It includes going through the business of the day Eg. arrivals, functions. Head count of staff & allocating tasks for staff on duty. Walk about to check room set ups & check function sheets with co ordinates. Communicate changes with the team. I am part of the team & willing to assist. I have learned to work under pressure, handle & resolve conflict within the department. Communicating with guests, clients, suppliers & employees. I enjoy working with people, working on projects assisting others.

Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth
Cons: Less chance of promotion

People orientated

I'm curry responsible for running a well established team. Hours of dork are from 8:00 to 17:00 and may be longer depending on operations of the day. Every morning we have a meeting to discuss the business of day. I have an excellent working relationship with my team members. I believe in having an "open door" relationship with my team. I have leaned to perform well under pressure and make wise decisions.

Pros: Great learning environment
Cons: Long service employees, which lead to few growth opportunities
