Being a helping hand and be part of that process. Seeing people leave happiest after thorough diagnostics tests that were done professionally and ensuring they are informed through every process. And eventually a diagnosis been made. Seeing how relieved they feel when they see a familiar face in theatre too.

Pros: I help everyone, even at reception at times and some billing.and
Cons: public holidays work and weekends.

Poor experienxe

Can't keep their promises. No salary review. Threatens you for not getting my salary if I'm sick. Call you non stop when you are off sick Expect you to do miracles. Racists

Pros: No promotion
Cons: Long working hours
