Fast moving furniture company..high skill level

Started in 2013 as a line supervisor and worked my way up to factory manager. I manage all day to day activities to make sure production and workloads are completed.

Pros: Busy every second of the day.
Cons: Overtime

Excellent learning experience

I love the challenges that the days gave me not one day is the same. Meeting people daily, working with over 140 people all different. The choices to be made on a daily bases.. reaching targets with production. Different Variables that causes all the challenges.

Pros: Love being part of a team
Cons: So many variables
