Very busy environment, constantly receiving calls. Buy in of stock, office faxing, office filing, petty cash, allocate payments on eft account. Good understanding with co-workers, great team spirit, work well together. Learnt about steel more about what to sell to who, also customer services, working on pastel, calculating weights of steel, negotiations of buying steel also,. Most challenging aspect at work is, working with rude customers and keeping your cool.

Pros: Monday-Friday only no weekends and public holidays
Cons: Stock stake of steel.

Excellent communicator, effective planner, strategist

The company is a steel supplier and heat treatment services. Sanderson offers engineering steels, carbon steels and tool steels. The following heat treatment services are offered Salt bath hardening Annealing Normalizing Case hardening Vacuum hardening Gas nitriding Precipitation hardening

Pros: There's great opportunity for making money as there are production bonuses for hitting the target and more for exceeding it
Cons: Sometimes one has to put in long working hours
