I enjoy working at my company, but there is no scope for improvement at the moment.

I am a admin clerk clerk, my daily duties are, answering phone calls, faxing, filing, receiving clients at reception area, handling daily diaries of the social workers, schedule appointments for clients, handling queries, data capturing of files on the system. My monthly duties are: reconciling of the patty cash, stats, compiling of hr documents such as, staff leave forms, sick notes, attendance registers, telephone bills. I work very well with my co-workers, we have a good working relationship. I have learned a lot about the social services and the challenges we face in our community and also how to deal with difficult clients. What I enjoy most about my job is dealing with different kinds of people every day and to help people make a difference in their lives. The most challenging aspects of the job is how to handle difficult clients, and I am doing a very good job in doing that.

Outstanding

Working at at sanca is a very good opportunity because i do everything such as data capturing, reception duties, archiving, arrangements of the meeting, exhibition,stats and etc.i have a very good relationship with my co-workers.i learnt to work under pressure and the working hours was good. The most challenging part that I have experience is when I tried to make appointment for the client , for example giving them the date that was to far for them to see the social worker they will end up swearing at me and most of the time the client that swear there are the ones who just came and go, missing their appointment but I end up coping and understanding that "client first" bathu phili

Greate experiance,excellent management staff

Wo such a greate working space, graet co-workers..supportive management staff,whT i have learnt is never to jugde, always put myself on the other persons situations, always find the solution to the proplem.what i enjoyed the the most is to interact with different clients in terms of age,race ang gender, hence im a dsocial worker i must every cloent equal,and im not a super hero to anyone ..always expect tje negative results but dont give up, awerness campaign was the most great job ever , getting to know other organisations, learn their work place , w

Great learning opportunity

The company employment was mainly on a volunteery basis. Although this has been a great learning opportunity but there were no further opportunities fro permanent employment.

Good working condidtion and a learning opportunity to become the best.

Working at SANCA is such a great opportunity of learning and gaining experience. There are lots of challenges when working with children but I overcome by being claim and remaining professional. I have a good relationship with all the staff members of SANCA Golden Harvest. I enjoying tying and working in and out of my office.
