Am an energetic person what I enjoy the most is to debate and communicate and I love solving problems so when am having a problem I can communicate with others for help,when I can't solve a problem I feel challenged though I feel like am growing cause at the end of the day I solve it and any typical work day is when I proceed the day without any problems or conflict

Fine

I like to start working in the morning and have my time to do a lot of work and I like to separate friends and work cause if you mix them then you get into trouble,what I enjoy the most is being head and being a leader and also motivating others to keep up on doing a great job and if I am faced with challenges I calm down so that I don't do to many mistakes and look for solutions instead of losing tempares so am very good at communicating with co-workes

Pros: great opportunity for school kids
Cons: over 8 hours

Excellent learning experience

A typical work day is starng work 8am where i would cgeck in woth service users who are suffering from substance abuse. Ibthen continue by having individual therapy sessions and group therapy sessions, I make phone calls to family members regarding the well being of service users. I go on to writing reports and make recommendations. I am involved in multy disciplinary team meetings and case discussions. I get along well with all my colleagues. I enjoy interacting with service users and adding value to their lives. My biggest challenge is administrative work but i have learned that gat if i manage my time correctly it

Pros: Strong values and ethics
Cons: Limited opportunity for growth
