Exposure to IT management, Security, Application Maintainance and Helpdesk. These fields help me to find the right career path as to what specialisation of IT suits me the best. I am much interested in software development though, hence I keep on looking for another opportunity that lies within the environment of software development.

Pros: Exposure to working environment.
Cons: The job description is far away from what i want to do as part of my job.

Efficiency in procurement

There is a medium demand of services, I am the only buyer in the organisation a day get to be drastic when there is a large demand of goods and services per day. I have learned that if I have to ensure good relationship with end-users and it actually works good it allows good collaboration in ensuring service delivery.

Pros: No none, the organisation is sma;;
Cons: yes unpaid overtime

Good learning opportunities

SANAS is the sole national accreditation body for techinal bodies. When joining the organisation one i expected to "jump in and swim", there is not time to be "spoonfed" or monitored at any time; Timeline driven activitites; Policy adherence are key (no room for error); I ahve learnet a lot about techincal industry and its requirements; I learn new thing every day with make wroking for SANAS enjoyable; Teeam work is very key in this organisation and it is vital that one has and maintans relationshiops with colleagues; Acitvities are co-dependant and it is key to udnerstand what the rules and expectations.

Pros: The experience gained in this organisation give one the opportunity to gain a wider aspects of various technical industries
Cons: No Room for growth
