Excellent experience appreciated the opportunity

The most challenging aspect of my position was dealing with different mindsets. New team with no knowledge of the UAE market or their customer needs. Building team trust was huge. Typical workday/week started 7:00 am Answering my emails, 8:30 am, merchandise meeting with the team. Discussions on budgets, stocks and sales, reactor hold, reviews merchandise and delivery related issues etc. Meeting planned and critical issues and budgets, Meeting with designers on all pending, processes, design branding packaging etc. and a check in on QC team. Directors meeting around 11:00 and development on new systems 2:30 pm at least twice a week. Buyers on Range Developments and range buying and assortments planning, fashion versus long lines. Seasonal Look Book planning and travel calendar. Range Reviews and previews Store visits and competitor visits. Pricing and merchandising.
