I am still with the company I am learning a lot but I wish to go back to Port Elizabeth

I am good a hard worker. Always willing to learn. Quick learner very dedicated in everything I do. I have good time management skills. What my CV doesn't say about me is I take responsible and use my initiative a lot. Follow instructions and execute as per instructions

Pros: I wish to grow in any company I work for obviously it comes with the hard work one has to put in
Cons: I work long hours with no problems to be able to achieve set targets by the company

I liaise with Corporate employer HR officer an Senior Director with payroll/employee medical aid pay overs. Especially If there are changes to staff profiles eg contribution changes addition / withdrawal of dependant income changes. I also meet with prospects/members in a presentation group addressing the benefits an query. during such sessions I would unearth individual member queries and address one on one .(personal nature) Assisting with claims an benefits queries especially if the members require assistance with hospital/ chronic auth.

Pros: I can increase my trailer commission upon signing de-linked member to my profile.
Cons: Sometime meeting can be scheduled out of normal working hour and I do earn overtime or extended hours pay.

Remarkable experience

IEpic company to work for with a potential to grow. I was responsible for a team of QA Clerks,reporting on the SLA's challenges and possible solutions.I had a very supportive team and I have learned a lot from them.During my time at Samwumed o learned that QA Assurance is a culture of their company

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long hours because of few people

Great learning curve

Company has a good atmosphere black owned. Management is very helpful. Communication is OK. There is education of stuff members to be able to give good assistance on the field to clients and members and able to give informed information

Pros: Allowed to use your on initiative
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Learnt a lot about the medical scheme industry

Small to medium company with lots of old people, who are comfortable with their positions and do not see the challenge to grow and move in their positions.

Pros: High staff turnover
Cons: Long working hours
