I believe the skills I have obtained over the past 10 years will enable me to succeed in any post. I also have extensive SAP knowledge which will be quiet beneficial. I am hardly working , enthusiastic and always willing to learn. I get along well with my peers and bear great communication skills.I am currently coordinating for full dispatching of stock via Value logistics for Eastern Cape , KZN and Bloemfontein and believe my experience will be highly beneficial. I have strong administration skills which I have acquired as well as office management. I am currently adhering to strenuous lead times and ensuring that it is met accordingly. I am extremely dedicated , adhere well to policies, compliance and values. I have strong analytical thinking skills which I currently utilize daily with Samsung Electronics. I am always open to new ideas. I have managed staff previously and was awarded best team leader through Pioneer Foods. I am highly flexible and currently single nor do I have any dependents.

I learned a lot since i joined

One of my greatest strengths is that I can work under pressure and still outstanding results. I also can work without any supervision and can fit well in a team. I can easily adapt to change whether within the organisation or in the industry. I enjoy exposure to challenges and complex situations which allows me to apply my skills and innovation. I can communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written.

More to learn

New company with in experienced HR team therefor salaries graded incorrectly. Upgrade system not to spec whereby promotions handed out to same peple over last 2 years. Bonuses and incentives are not challenged by HR and we must accept the outcome without any reasonable explanation.

Pros: very well established company
Cons: working too hard

I have learnt a lot

Everyday is a busy day, there are so many things to do with a limited time. I make sure that i pass all my KPI's and meet all my dead lines. I have a very good relationship with all my co-workers and Managers. have learnt a lot since i joined this company and i am still learning. Every day is a new day with new challenges and new skills. Everything is urgent, this is a very big challenges...I work in a sales Subsidiary, so we have to sell as much as we can and as quickly as we possible
