Excellent learning curve
An ordinary day is one that requires a lot of determination and focus as we deal with customers with different needs and demands,it is my responsibility to ensure that they demands are met. I work with people from different ethnic groups and this has taught me a thing or two about the different cultures and how to work as a team and respect one another's beliefs. I have gained a lot of knowledge in the sense that I am now familiar with a lot of programmes as far admin is concerned. I enjoy being thrown into the deep end and being given deadlines as this prepares me mentally and for the future in cases where I am faced with a difficult task,but what excites me the most is to get a call/email from a client expressing their happiness on the service I offered them. The challenges I sometimes face is when any of our team member happened to drag feet or may due to technical problems the a client gets out of control but that is part of my job I have to calm them don

Not quite an excellent learning curve
I have a good relationship with my coworkers, and I've learn good team leader skills. I've learn warehousing skills, and I also learn to keep record of all my work and make sure everything is accurate. What I like most is a challenging work that my coworkers can't do. What I enjoy most is completing my job on time, doing stock controlling and creating shipments. I also enjoy helping my coworkers when they need me. What challenges most is working on a ASC that has lot's of broken LCD's and PBA's as I have to take evidence photos and attach them on a excel report.
Pros: No promotion is offered
Cons: During December before month end we work long hours making sure everything is captured.

Learning course
I love and enjoy working with people I always prefer customer service. I am fluent in English, Zulu and Xhosa. I am a fast learner and I am very good with problem solving. I pay attention to details I can work unsupervised. I am team focused and I want to develop my skills. While I am un employed I was volunteering at a school in Newlands West.

Great company I've ever worked
Launching a new device always been a typical month to me cause we work like crazy peoples. I have a good relationship with every shop, every Consultant cause that's my job to have a great relationship with them to sell more of my devices.
Pros: Working as a sales helped to to know more about customers and taught me the importance of me being there every day
Cons: I've never worked for overtime since I've joined Samsung

Great exposure to working within one of the top most recognized organizations in the world.
The organization is ran autonomously and working with in an environment that’s not stable is unnerving and leaves one with anxiety . The lack of support from senior management is disheartening. Though the perks are great, it’s scary to work simply to pay your bills without real drive to put in your best.
Pros: Working with various international offices to bring a project to life. Working and developing business models.
Cons: Poor support in execution of new partnerships

The organization has a staff compliment that is really hard working an though there is no opportunity for growth . The work/ life balance i something that is taken advantage of in that there isn’t much of it.

no room for growth or promotion but good working hours and balance between work and family life good company benefits company has a good structure in place when it comes to the work and play concept
