Love my Job, challenging work enviroment

The position that I was in, is a very self-driven position. You report everyday on what you have done and who you have seen but how you run your day is up to you. Whether you are in the office or on the road or remote is up to you. The internal staff: My internal customer very vital for: Samples Delivery Account information Stock availability Orders arriving at the docks or at our offices and clearing etc. See clients F2F and Over the phone with the contact of 5-50 per day. This is a very competitive environment and relationships are vital with your clientele, I pride myself on my relationships, it is a point of consistent business. The frustrations – lack of feedback from management, lack of marketing material, not a lot of growth opportunity and training. Pros – love the products and clientele

Pros: Love the products and its diversity and technicality, the clientele too are interesting and need you to have a level of technical knowledge
Cons: Lack of feedback from management, and guidance or training. no opportunity to grow

Micromanaging

No proper procedures, micro management in all aspects, never know what to expect, divided between up stairs staff and down stairs staff. Work long hours with no overtime, get accussed for work that was not your responsibility. Through all difficult times staff moral stay high and positive
