I'm only at SaltEb for seven months.The salary is not enough for my family responsibilities.Im looking for a new job due to earn more monies and for growth purposes.Its great company but I want to expand as a person.there atmosphere is great.The management are treating us with respect and visa vere.I enjoy helping our members to pay their claims accurately and we provide excellent customer services at all times.our members are our core centre of business in terms service delivery,communications and respect them.the most challenging is when we receive incompletes documents without contact numbers and their former employers struggles with their data but we managed to get tracing agencies to resolve.

Pros: Great atmosphere
Cons: No overtime to do extra work

I am a certified long term insurence administrator

I like the Employee Benefits sector because it challenges people to learn continuously. just like any other industry, our days are not always so colourful sometimes we get challenged, and under pressure and sometimes you just get common or familiar problem that restores your ego and courage. I have learned that there is nothing in this industry without team work, because at the end of the day we need each other to address problems and to reach our goal.

Cons: we work for 8 hours a every business day
