hands on with the day to day work deadline driven every day we learn new acts and changes to system and product I am always making sure my staff is aware of the changes and keep them informed SLA must be adhered to

- I access claim coming in for death and disability after accessing them send valid claim to service provides for tracing beneficiaries and to access disabilities. - Pay resolutions received from service provides according to section 37c. - prepare reports. - I have a good relationship with everyone in the office, I like helping and sharing information. - to be open minded and accept changes and challenges. - servicing our clients and seeing them happy. - pressure from clients.

Excellent learning

The work is very challenging because it is very unpredictable lack of support from other department no support from my line manager Underpaid I was over dedicated becuase I even took work home and one weekend even without been paid overtime I have a good relationship with my co-workers I enjoy offering client great customer service the most challenging aspect is not being recognised

Cons: last of reconition, not getting yearly increase on time, lact of communcation to the ground floor from management, lact of Opportunities, unhappay with the salary
