At propharm i had the opportunity to gain experience in pharmaceutical programs.

A typical day. I always had to make sure my day was planned a week in advance. 8:00 am report at the office, get briefed on important subjects, head out to visit multiple pharmacies in different cities and suburbs (a lot of traveling ). After the days visit go back to the office and write a report in the feedback of each pharmacy. I had to make sure I maintain a good relationship with the pharmacist, office support, call centre, manager and mutual sales lady. As they were the ones who had to support me out in the field, to keep the client happy. I learnt a lot about the different pharmaceutical programs on the market and customer service as well planning in advance and constructing a detailed report on all the feedback. I enjoyed all the different places people and information, the challenge was to sell them something while time are tough for the pharmacist. And convert new pharmacies from the competition.

Pros: great commission structure
Cons: dangerous areas that a lady had to go in alone.

Good skill of communicate with customers

Im a guy of 27 years lives at umlazi im looking for a job position in this company beacause i believe that this company wil grow my skil of communicate with other peoples n i like to help others.

Pros: great opportunity to grow my skill of communicate with other peoples
Cons: long working hours
