To speak to different types of people and to present my duty

Sakhimpilo is an NGO working hand in hand with the Department of Social Services providing care giving services to local people. e.g. patients, orpharns and assisting in processing applications for social grants.. My duty is to collect data from clinic records of chronic patients who want their treatment to be delivered at home or at a point nearer home than going to the clinic. I have to phone these people and convince them to take this benefit, after agreeing with each other that particular patient becomes your client to serve each and every month. You cannot do this alone we are working as a team. the most challenging aspect of this job is to make someone able to trust you as an individual and disclose his/her health status. I enjoy this the most since I had trained as a nurse. This keeps me intact in interacting with patients.
